Meet the Founder of Human Capital Fund
My name is Anetta Vitáris, and I started Human Capital Fund to bring more structure, care and depth to hiring, especially when the stakes are high.
I first realised the strategic weight of recruitment as a hiring manager during a major ramp-up project, where I had to build a 35-person customer service team under tight deadlines. The support I received was administrative at best, reactive, heavy on HR language and far from a real partnership. That experience showed me recruitment could, and should, be done differently.
Later, I built and led the RPO business line of a global recruitment firm. That experience became the foundation of Human Capital Fund, a firm built for companies hiring in Hungary that need a stable, insight-driven recruitment partner.
What drives me most is seeing leaders breathe easier when the right person finally joins their team. The pressure lifts, momentum returns, and the business moves forward. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to in every project, and it’s how we plan to keep redefining recruitment in Hungary.
